The Comprehensive Guide to the Seven Chakras and Their Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Notes
My family and I were roaming around Roxas Boulevard going down Duality Review to Rizal Park one early morning hoping to strengthen our bodies with a vigorous jogging exercise. As we pass along the busy road of the metropolitan city I notice a bunch of filthy children roving at the center of the road as if they were just simply having a fashion show while they knock at the door of every vehicle they pass by opening their dirty black palms hoping for some mercy from every motorist who opens their vehicular windows. I was thinking deeply on my way home how could these kids manage to stay in such a smoky an dusty area added by the danger of getting hitched by an approaching vehicle.
They were terribly filthy and grubby with dirt and mess all around their face somewhat like a piece of charcoal wiped around their face. They were all smiling as they open their palms whenever a new door opens. I was even thinking that maybe the streets merely serve as a home and a paradise for these kids. I had so many questions on my mind but I don't have the guts to approach them and interrogate them with all the questions popping on my mind. I was seven years old wayback then when that incident happened.Five years had passed and we finally moved into a province after ten years of living on a metropolitan city. I eventually became an active student-journalist at our school that gave me more opportunities for traveling.
Then came my bizarre trip to Cagayan de Oro City. My first impression was pretty much like the emotion I felt when my mother first took to a mall in Greenbelt. I was greatly amazed with the busy streets and the bright lights glowing at night within the city things I've been deprived of since we moved to the province. Though my purpose for the trip was to attend a workshop on campus journalism I cant stop myself from the urge to take a trip around the city.
Dinner weren't still served on the first night so me and my colleagues decided to eat on a carinderia nearby the hotel. I was concentrating on my meal when I suddenly heard a voice of a girl behind my back saying:"Kuhaa na si dodong day kay galantaw sa mga gakaon. Maulaw ta. "(Please get Dodong my sister for he is watching the people eating in the carinderia. Its so humiliating for our part. "I looked behind me and saw three children one of which was staring at me and the other two were busy crumbling their hands over a pile of filthy and smelly trash beside the highway. I was almost finished eating when the carinderia owner approached me and said:"buotan ra ba nang mga bataa"(those kids are good children).
